Light & Versatile

Cold-Pressed Sunflower Oil

Cold-pressed sunflower oil is one of nature's most balanced cooking oils. It carries a delicate, neutral flavour that complements rather than overpowers food β€” making it ideal for everything from morning omelettes to evening curries. Its light texture and beautiful golden colour are nature's signals that the oil is fresh, unprocessed, and full of goodness.

Unlike refined sunflower oil β€” which is bleached, deodorised, and stripped of nutrition β€” our cold-pressed version retains every naturally occurring nutrient in its original form. Most importantly, it is one of the richest natural food sources of Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol), an antioxidant your body cannot produce on its own.

Regular consumption of cold-pressed sunflower oil has been associated with improved cardiovascular health, better skin elasticity, enhanced immune response, and reduced inflammation. It's the kind of oil your grandmother cooked with β€” before industrial refining changed everything.

Cold-Pressed Groundnut Oil

Ask anyone from an older generation what oil their household used, and the answer is almost always groundnut (peanut) oil. It is the backbone of traditional Indian cooking β€” used in everything from tempering spices to deep-frying puris to making achaar. And for very good reason.

Cold-pressed groundnut oil has a naturally higher smoke point than most other cold-pressed oils, making it one of the few unrefined oils genuinely suited to the high-heat demands of Indian cooking. Its rich, warm, nutty aroma doesn't just make food taste better β€” it signals the presence of natural compounds that refined oil has lost entirely.

Among its most remarkable compounds is resveratrol β€” the same powerful antioxidant found in red wine, widely studied for its cardioprotective and anti-ageing properties. Groundnut oil is also rich in monounsaturated oleic acid, which actively helps lower LDL ("bad") cholesterol while supporting HDL ("good") cholesterol β€” a profile most refined oils cannot match.

Ancient Superfood

Cold-Pressed Virgin Coconut Oil

Few oils carry the cultural, nutritional, and medicinal legacy of coconut oil. Used for millennia across South India, Sri Lanka, and Southeast Asia β€” not just for cooking, but for healthcare, skincare, and traditional medicine β€” virgin coconut oil is the closest thing to a genuinely multi-purpose superfood oil.

What makes coconut oil scientifically extraordinary is its high concentration of Medium-Chain Triglycerides (MCTs). Unlike long-chain fatty acids found in most oils, MCTs are transported directly to the liver and converted into immediate energy β€” rather than being stored as body fat. This makes coconut oil uniquely supportive for metabolism, mental clarity, and sustained energy.

Its dominant fatty acid, lauric acid, makes up approximately 50% of the oil and has been shown in studies to have powerful antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiviral properties. Lauric acid is the same compound found abundantly in human breast milk β€” a signal of just how fundamental it is to human health and immunity.
